Digital Products and Delivery

All products sold through this website are digital products. No physical goods are shipped. After payment is confirmed, products are delivered electronically by email or through the designated digital delivery system. If you have trouble accessing your files, contact info@rinasale.com.

Orders and Payments

Prices are shown at checkout. Payment must be completed before digital delivery.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled according to our Refund Policy, including the 7-Day Customer Protection for unresolved technical access problems or duplicate charges. We will first provide reasonable assistance or resend the files where appropriate.
